The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe the methods for managing the Internet sites, second and third level, owned by Noise2k S.n.c. (hereinafter “Noise2k”), with reference to the processing of personal data of users / visitors who consult them.

Noise2k manages all the personal data of users / visitors of the services offered, in full compliance with the provisions of Italian national legislation on privacy and, in particular of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as well as the European legislation defined by the European Regulation 2016/679 also known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Where access to particular services is subject to registration upon communication of personal data, specific information is provided at the time the services are signed.

Access to the editorial contents of the site, their consultation and the reading of the contents written by the users in the discussion forum takes place completely free of charge and without the need for registration or provision of any data.

A user can, at his discretion, record a personal profile through which he can access further services, including the possibility to comment on editorial content written by the editorial staff as well as to intervene with his own contributions in the forum discussions. In the process of creating a personal profile, only the e-mail address is requested as the identifying data; the nickname (username) is chosen by the user at its discretion and we suggest not to use your personal name and surname for this field. When registering for one of the newsletter services offered by Noise2k, you will be asked for the email address to which you wish to send communications.

The acquisition of data that are required for the creation of a profile and for the subscription to one of the newsletters is the prerequisite for accessing the services offered. Noise2k keeps the technical data related to the connections (log) to allow the security checks required by law and in order to improve the quality of the services offered and customize them according to the needs of users / visitors.

The data entered may also be used by Noise2k to send periodically emails containing advertising, promotional material, promotional initiatives, commercial communications to those users who have registered for one of their newsletter services.

Personal data collected and stored in Noise2k databases are processed by employees and / or collaborators of the data controller in their capacity as agents. They are not subject to disclosure or communication to third parties, except in the cases provided for by the disclosure and / or by the Law and, in any case, with the methods permitted by this.

Noise2k provides, in compliance with the relevant provisions of the law, the registration of log files. This data does not allow identification of the user if not following a series of processing and interconnection operations. These are operations that may be carried out exclusively upon request by the competent judicial authorities, authorized for this purpose by express provisions of law aimed at preventing and / or repressing the crimes.

The sending by users / visitors of their personal data to access certain services, or to make requests in e-mail, involves the acquisition by Noise2k of the address of the sender and / or other personal data. These data will be processed exclusively to respond to the request, or for the provision of the service, and will be disclosed to third parties only if it is necessary to comply with the requests of users / visitors themselves.

Users / visitors are entitled to exercise the rights provided for by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Furthermore, at any time, by exercising the right of withdrawal from all the services subscribed, it is possible to request the complete cancellation of the data provided.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment is it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
d) that the data initially provided can be extracted and returned to the user in a format that facilitates portability on another platform.

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

Request for cancellation of data

The request to delete data provided by a user can be made:

• automatically, for services that include: for example the cancellation from one of the Noise2k newsletters, using the special function inserted in the terminal part of each newsletter message is sent to users.
• via email request, sending an email to mail@noise2k.com and / or to the certified email address roberto.pampalone@messaggipec.it , requesting the cancellation of personal data provided.
